Zach and his bike

The twins turn 2 tomorrow! WOW! I can't believe I have been a mom now for 2 years! I love being a mom, even on days like today when they are being unruly and annoying! I tried to get them to play outside this morning since they were bugging me and I was trying to get ready for their BIG party on Saturday but they just weren't having it.....Finally Zach hoped on the bike and it was so cute, I had to get some video and just sit back, and take a break from cleaning, and watch them both just have a blast. Check it out!!!!




Zoey has been getting her fashion style lately. She won't get dressed unless she picks it out and she has really been loving to wear hats. Zoey is very emotional and dramatic. I guess that's a girl for you. Are they all like that? Or is she just her mothers daughter! Ha..

We had a good weekend last weekend. We went to our friend Daisy's birthday party. It was nice to let the kids play and allow me to visit with my long time friend, who I haven't seen in a couple of months. The kids learned to say "Happy Birthday". Now Zoey goes around saying "Happy Birthday Zachy". It's really cute! I am sure she will be saying that on Saturday!


Banana's diet isn't really going as planned. She seems to be getting fatter! Ha....Oh well!!!

Cat's and diets

Bananas is our 7 month old kitten that we got from my brother. She is a Siamese and she is a very pretty cat. She's playful and her and Zach have a special bond.
This morning I was looking at her and noticed a rather big belly. Knowing that I just paid $$$ to have her fixed, I knew she wasn't pregnant, thinking to myself "If this cat is preggers I am suing the Spay/Neuter Clinic for not doing their job". Well, after all day of wondering and poking at her, I decided to weigh her. She weights 11lbs!!!! OMG! She weighs more then Foxy, our 6 year old long haired cat, who weights 10lbs 5 oz. I just can't believe how FAT Bananas is. She does like to eat, and not just cat food, this cat eats human food too! She gets on the counter and eats things all the time!
I truly hope it's just because she is eating too much food and she doesn't have a problem or a pregnancy. I'll keep you posted but in the mean time.....

We got a new car!

Jeff bought a new car this weekend. His old one was getting really run down and it's a great time to buy a car. He purchased a Ford Fusion. Anyone that knows me knows that I am a Chevy girl all the way, but I let him buy it anyway.

The kids are doing well. They are learning letters. Zach is really into it and knows about 10 letters already. Zoey is more into talking and making 3 word sentences. It's pretty cute! She sings songs, most of which I don't understand but she sure does. They love Thomas the train, Elmo, and Mermaid (which is all of the Disney princesses). They are growing up so fast!

Our First Blog

Hello Everyone, This is our new website! I am hoping to update the blog every month with pictures, funny stories and maybe even videos! (If I can get Jeff to take some). We had a wonderful Christmas here at home. We then went to Colorado to visit Grandpa & Grandma Gengler. The Z's turn 2 on January 30th, 2009.
